Johnny Utah Pale Ale: With heavy grapefruit, citrus and resin in the nose, this light colored ale has minimal malt interference, giving the beer a clean finish without a cloying bitterness. Citra, Mosaic hops. ABV 5.6%

Double IPA: Medwards says "If you force fed a watermelon a steady diet of mandarin oranges and pineapples and then dropped said watermelon into a wood chipper, this beer has the resulting aromas and flavors that came out of the business end of that wood chipper.” Simcoe, Citra, El Dorado hops. Gusto Crema Coffee Ale: Building on Gusto Crema blend, a medium roasted bean from our friends at Caffè Umbria, we made a smooth, rich cream ale. This beer has roasted flavor, aroma, and color from cold brew coffee. Smooth, rich mouthfeel comes from oats and Munich malt. Gold medal winner in the Coffee Beer category at the Great American Beer Festival in 2016! Contains lactose. ABV 4.6%

9lb Porter: Brewed for our friends at the 9 Pound Hammer here in Georgetown, this is an exceptionally flavorful medium bodied porter. We use tons of Chocolate, Munich, and Roasted Malt, then blend it with Centennial, Summit and Chinook hops to create what we like to call Roasted Chocolaty Goodness. Mmm... porter. ABV 6.4%

18lb Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Porter: This imperial version of our 9lb Porter was aged for nearly a year in bourbon barrels. The final blend tempers the hot and heavy nature of Heaven Hill casks with a softer, more mellow bourbon from a selection of wheated bourbon casks. Tasting notes include cocoa dusted espresso, dark chocolate, dark cherry, and black mission figs.

All In Amber Ale: For Tacoma Beer Week we collaborated with local punk band heros Amber Pacific to brew up a batch of All In Amber Ale. This dad beer expresses characteristics of cracker malt, mild toffee, lightly toasted bread, distant pine citrus aromatics and a snappy bitter finish. Cascade, Centennial, Amarillo hops. ABV 5.7%

Basket Case Dark Lager: Brewed for and with our friends at Skyway Coalition, Basket Case is named after a beloved Skyway institution, Basket Case Drive-in Burgers, lost in 2011 to an asphalt paver. Basket Case is super bright, a little toasty, smokey and malty with a very nice, tight sweetness on the finish. 100% of proceeds benefit Skyway Coalition, an organization working to improve resources, create a comprehensive community development plan, fund affordable housing, and build a community center for the residents of Skyway. ABV 8%

Barrel Aged Basket Case Dark Lager: Good things come to those who wait. Back in March of last year, Brewers Preston and Craig diverted a portion of last year's version of Basket Case into a whiskey cask from Peach Street Distillery in Palisade, CO. The end result boasts flavors and aromas of toasted cocoa nibs, marzipan, raisin, sweet vanilla - and of course - smooth whiskey! The best part? All Basket Case proceeds still beneefit our friends at Skyway Coalition. ABV 10.3%

Lisa's Chocolate Stout: A full-bodied beer with intense chocolate, coffee, and dark malt flavors, a creamy texture from the oats, and a subtle earthy hoppiness. Often the flavor profile of a chocolate stout is achieved by malt selection and cocoa nibs, but in the case of Lisa's, we add actual chocolate in the boil - 25 lbs of dark and milk chocolate from Seattle Chocolate, to be exact! Contains wheat, milk. ABV 6.9%

Maggie's Dry Irish Stout: We brewed this beer on the Tiny Town system a few times before we realized it was time to make a big batch. Zach calls it a "light dark beer" - roasty and smooth, satisfying yet sessionable. On nitro! ABV 4.2%
