The goal was to make a sour IPA with an emphasis on the hop aroma, but low on bitterness. Kettle soured with Nancy's organic yogurt, the result is a crisp and tangy beer that drinks light, but loads of fruity and citrusy aromas. And of course we had to name it Sour Puss.
