New in 2018! We brewed 4 versions of Bob's this year including this Sour Brown/Flanders Brown/Oud Bruin! This dark sour ale has aromas of light toffee, ripened Bing cherries, dried stone fruit and a possible hint of leather, with flavors of tart chocolate, roasted almonds and mild coconut.  This beer was fermented with our own mixed culture of wild yeast and lactobacillus and aged in wine barrels for a truly unique take on one of our favorite brews.
