We invited Kathleen Freitag, winner of the Pacific Women Brewers' Cup Pro-Am competition, to brew her winning IPA recipe, Her Way More IPA, as a scaled up 15bbl batch at the brewery. This IPA is bright golden with bold flavors and aromas of candy peach, Cara Cara Orange, spruce tip and ripened mango.
